Coming up for air

Hi everyone

I am pleased to report that I have now moved house but it has been hard work, and I still have tons to unpack and find homes for everything.  This was not just the content of my house but my D Mike's too.


I decided to make a start on my sewing room early this morning as you can see below not looking too bad, however


I still have quite a bit to do.........................


but, when I finish, this is the view I will see when I am sitting a my sewing table, so well worth the effort.

    Congratulations! I don't think I'd get much sewing done with a view like that - I'd be far too busy just staring out of the window. Glad you're in, just 2 years of unpacking and sorting out to go now! Just kidding!

      ha ha thanks Viv but I don't think you are far off the mark in terms of unpacking time lol. Still,working from home this week so I can do a couple of hours in the morning and a couple in the evening to break the back of it.

    Lovely view in your new sewing room. In my previous sewing room, I had a large window to look out of and I could see moose, deer, owls, sunrises that were gorgeous. My sewing room now doesn't have a view except for the tires of the car.
    I thought I had a lot of sewing room items and tubs and containers to move but you win hands down. Have fun organizing your room so you can start sewing again. Anticipating what you will sew first in your new room.
