Oh dear I don't really want to talk about it. So what did I do between Thursday and today.
Thursday - Indian supper before Theatre - sitting
Friday - Start of quilting weekend - sewing, eating & sitting
Saturday - 2nd Day of quilting weekend - sewing, eating & sitting
Sunday - 3rd day of quilting weekend - sewing, eating & sitting
Monday - weigh in - depression sets in.......................
I'll say no more. Catch you later.

I hear you. Sitting, eating, sewing at my house also and I gained weight. Drat and Darn is all I can say.
ReplyDeleteIf it makes you feel any better, I got on the scales this morning after being so conscientious over the last several days only to find I had gained two pounds.
ReplyDeleteAt least you enjoyed yourself!!
Depression? No! Just be very pleased with the progress you have made so far! If it is any help, I lost 10kg (about 22 pounds) a while back and found it came off in "steps", around 4-5 pounds at time, then a little rest with no loss (or just a little gain), then another few pounds, then a rest...etc. My very unscientific explanation to myself was that my body needed time to reset to this new lower weight and accept it as 'normal' before it could lose some more.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jen - and welcome to my blog.
